"I would recommend any hitter of any level to work with Drew because of his hitting beliefs and also the way he connects with young athletes searching for answers."

"In a world of hitting coaches that overdo swing mechanics, Drew is one of the few that understands the importance of keeping mechanics simple and focusing on the mental side of the game. I would recommend any hitter of any level to work with Drew because of his hitting beliefs and also the way he connects with young athletes searching for answers."

-Tommy Specht (6th Round Draft Pick in 2022 MLB Draft)

"He's really encouraging. He's always reassuring so my mindset is always positive."

"I've been working with Drew for over a year now. One big thing I've improved is my aggressiveness at the plate. I'm not afraid of swinging at first pitch strikes anymore. I also love training with Drew at his facility. It always a good upbeat vibe there. He's really encouraging. He's always reassuring so my mindset is always positive."

-Jolee Strohmeyer (All-State Player)

"What I like about Drew is how well he works with kids. He keeps everything simple."

"What I like about Drew is how well he works with kids. He keeps everything simple. I didn't play baseball growing up as a kid so he's also helped me learn as a parent so I can help him at home outside of lessons."

-Father of Jon Munyon

How can you help my ballplayer get better?

I help players get better by keeping things simple and building their confidence. I teach them how to create routines they can rely on—in practice and before games. Most importantly, I help them learn how to coach themselves. That way, they’re not just swinging in a cage—they’re thinking and adjusting like a confident hitter in the box when it matters most.

Where is your facility located?

9079 E Tamarack Drive, Dubuque, Iowa 52003

How do your hitting sessions work?

I break down what I see that the hitter can improve on, then attack this with simple concepts and drills that they can use to fix these habits. We break down game video and even practice video during these sessions so hitters can see what’s ACTUALLY going on. At the end we talk about a game plan going into the rest of the week so the session doesn’t stop there and continues on their own time.

Do you work with players of all ages? Baseball and softball?

Yes, I’ve worked with 5 year olds and 65 year olds in baseball and softball!
